YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT
By placing an order through our Website / Application, you are confirming that you are in an agreement to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those products at the displayed prices at the order's date and time. The product's prices are subject to change. Such as having a promotional codes/Sales or when it is incorrectly priced. In case of pricing incorrectly, you will be contacted for your instructions before we deliver your order. The price is exclusive of any value added tax, if applicable (i.e. VAT or GST or other similar taxes or charges) applicable under the prevailing law.
An order is placed , after confirming the order and checking out. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. By providing your personal and payment information, this means we have the authority to share such information with relevant third parties such as payment processing providers and delivery companies. All fields that are mandatory must be completed. We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs/ shipping costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).

Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon delivery to you subject to full payment having been received. If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. This might be because a Product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price of the Product. If you have already paid for the Products we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible to the card that you used for payment.
We can only process orders for delivery within countries in which we are permitted to sell the Products. The Products will be delivered to the selected address.

Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
